Ginger & Lemon Breakfast Drink
Serves 1

2 slices unpeeled ginger, about 1/8inch thick
1 slice lemon, about 1/8 inch thick
1 tsp clear honey
Boiling water

Place the ginger and lemon slice into your favorite mug. Add the honey and fill with boiling water. Stir well until the honey has dissolved.

Enjoy this delicious and healthy drink in the morning for a good start to the day!
