This is one of the simplest recipes for perfume making you can do at home.

* 1 cup water
* 1 cup fresh chopped flower blossoms

In a bowl place a cheesecloth where the edges are hanging over the bowl. Fill with 1 cup of flower blossoms of your choice. Pour water over the flowers until they are completely covered. Cover and let sit overnight. The next day using the edges of cheesecloth pull it out of the bowl and gently squeeze the scented water into a small pot. Simmer the water until about 1 teaspoon is left. Cool and place into a small bottle. Making perfume this way has a shelf life of about 1 month.

Some suggestions for flowers: Lavender, Lilac, Orange Blossoms or even Honeysuckle. Anything that is highly fragrant works best.

Every year millions of people are struck with a myriad of allergies. While you may want to use traditional means to get rid of them, natural allergy remedies can be just as effective. There are a number of natural remedies you may want to try.

Allergy symptoms include having a runny nose, sneezing, chest congestion, coughing, and possibly nausea. Depending upon the allergen you may have a rash or itchy red skin. Your doctor may prescribe something if the allergy is severe enough or you may be able to get relief with over-the-counter medications. Natural allergy remedies may provide the same degree of relief without using ingredients you can’t pronounce.

When you begin feeling allergy symptoms, begin taking vitamin C. It has anti-oxidants which your body needs as well as acting as an anti-inflammatory. If you suffer from sinus congestion when allergies are an issue, boil water and place a good amount of salt in it. Place a towel over your head and breathe in the steam. Spraying cooled saline water into the nasal cavities can also be helpful.

Our most important energy source is light, and the entire spectrum of colors is derived from light. Sunlight, which contains all the wavelengths, consists of the entire electromagnetic spectrum that we depend on to exist on this planet.

Light flows through our eyes and triggers hormone production, which influences our entire complex biochemical system. This biochemical system then affects our being. And light does not travel alone. Light travels with other energies as illustrated on the right.

We know that each color found in the visible light spectrum has its own wavelength and its own frequency, which produces a specific energy and has a nutritive effect. We know some rays can be dangerous if we are exposed to them. But the visible light, the rainbow, has a soothing effect on us.

Light consists of the seven color energies: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet. Each color is connected to various areas of our body and will affect us differently emotionally, physically, and mentally. By learning how each color influences us, we can effectively use color to give us an extra boost of energy when we need it.

The nature of schizophrenia vs. mysticism continues to be under debate. This is a significant issue in the relationship between psychosis and the mystical experience. There is some push to place mysticism in the same plane as religion but although some religious experiences can be classified as mystical not all mystical experiences can be called religious.

Throughout history the question of schizophrenia vs. mysticism has been debated and addressed. In the current research psychologists are attempting to examine the mystical and psychotic experiences and compare them to natural, universal phenomena. Researchers would like to define the biological, psychological and behavioral correlates of the two experiences with the ongoing measurement from personal interviews and the current body of knowledge.

Psychologists have long believed that a concrete definition and evaluation of psychosis or schizophrenia vs. mysticism is possible because it is a part of the human condition and psychology believes that we can define the human condition.
