While most people love coffee in their daily life, they are usually concerned if drinking too much coffee can affect their health.  Coffee contains caffeine, which is primarily the number one reason why people drink it daily.  Caffeine can be a mild addictive stimulant and if you drink more than a few cups of coffee per day, you can do possible harm.
