* 2-3 cups epsom salts (or salts of your choice)
* 1/3 cup peppermint
* 1/3 cup spearmint
* 40 drops peppermint eo
* 20 drops eucalyptus eo

I ground the mints in my mortar and pestle, then sifted them through a mesh kitchen strainer, and added them to the salts. Actually, I didn’t really measure the amount, it was just a good handful of each. This seems to work pretty well for my DH, and if you still need to clear out your sinuses, get a half cup of pepper/spearmint, put it in a bowl, and toss in a cup or so hot water. Let it sit covered for a bit and then carefully start breathing the steam. (I found out how potent this was when I was making peppermint ‘tea’ for a m&p!!

Congestive heart failure is a chronic long-term condition caused by damage to the heart muscle. Because the heart muscle is no longer able to pump blood around the body effectively a significant number of symptoms occurs, which is a side effect of a lack of oxygen. For instance, individuals often suffer from fatigue and a decreased ability to do any type of physical activity because the blood is shunted away from the legs and extremities in order to give the highest concentration of oxygen to the more vital organs. Medications are only one of the factors in the arsenal used to treat the symptoms of congestive heart failure in individuals who suffer from this rather significant condition.

People who do have congestive heart failure may have to take many different types of medications, all of which can have potential side effects. Potentially, this mixture of medications can also induce dangerous drug interactions. For this reason it is highly important that an individual who is taking multiple medications for their congestive heart failure not self medicate with any over-the-counter medications that could make their heart failure worse. Any cold preparations, cough syrups or even lozenges should be cleared with your pharmacist and only after they know each medication that you are already taking.

The Correlation Between Prostate Health and SexThe prostate gland is a small walnut sized gland that can bring about a drastic change in your sex life. Prostate problems arise from a benign or malignant growth in the gland.

The Emotional Benefits of a Family Bed One of the key components of attachment parenting is the family bed. This refers to the sharing of sleeping space among family members, and particularly denotes a mother being physically close to her baby during the night. “Co-sleeping” refers to sleeping in close proximity to one’s baby or child, and could simply mean sleeping in the same room; “bed-sharing,” on the other hand, is literally that – family members sleep in the same bed. Therefore, the family bed does not have to be one enormous mattress; it can be whatever arrangement works for a family that fosters attachment.

The family bed has many physical and emotional benefits, with some cross-overs. Among the emotional benefits are increased trust on the part of the infant, emotional well-being for the mother, and a stable relationship between parent and child (thus setting the stage for healthy relationships later in life).
