Cartoon characters also depict the femme fatale façade, to name a few take a look at Jessica Rabbit from Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, Elektra from Marvel Comics, Poison Ivy from the Batman series and Mystique from X-Men. All of these characters display female independence, they challenge the “norm” of traditional gender roles and they represent a butt-kicking woman!
