Healthy doesn’t have to mean boring! Check out these nutritional tips: First thing in the morning: It is important to stabilize blood sugar levels as soon as you wake up. Freshly squeezed orange juice is a great option to start your day for this purpose. Don’t forget protein! Your source of protein in the morning doesn’t necessarily have to be eggs. Beans and lentils are also a good option, although it may take time to get accustomed to eating these as a breakfast food.
