* 2 drops Orange

* 2 drops blood Orange

* 2 drops Ylang-Ylang..

I diffuse it relax, I put it in Carrier Oil as a massage oil to help sleep (I use sweet Almond, but use whatever you like) and I scented my creams and lotions with it.
