Citrus and Banana Fruit Salad

Low Fat and Low Sodium Recipe


2 tangelos, peeled, pitted and sectioned
1/2 pineapple, cored and cut into chunks
1 medium banana, sliced
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon fresh mint, chopped

Place the tangelos in a large mixing bowl. Add the pineapple and banana. Pour the orange juice over the fruit. Sprinkle in the mint. Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve chilled.
