You will need:

* 1 cup cider or white vinegar
* 1 cup water
* 3 tablespoons chamomile flowers
* 1/2 cup rosemary flowers and/or leaves

Steep the above for ten minutes, add to a dish pan or large bowl, and soak your feet. This is wonderful for tired feet!
