According to a recent article in the Daily Mirror a research study has found that air pollution is a contributor to heart disease. The researchers considered 250 cities around the world and found that an increase in air pollution led to an increase in heart attacks.

I don’t know how they measured this or over what period of time the study took place, or indeed if the data is reliable…but, their assertion seems to be supported by an experience in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.

When the local steel mill shut down there was a six percent drop in death rates, and then after the mill re-opened it dropped again. Not sure if it was all related to heart disease as the article did not say.

As I said I don’t know how they determined these statistics…but, what I do know is that air pollution can play havoc with your body’s system….usually respiratory and immune. I see examples of this all the time when I am in Bangkok and other cities with serious air pollution.

If you live in a city with high air pollution, be careful not to exercise excessively unless it is in a gym or your home with a good air conditioning/filtering system.

Surprisingly, I regularly see some farangs in Bangkok (this is the local Thai term for Westerners) actually jogging on the footpaths of streets with 6 lanes (both ways) of bumper to bumper traffic. This will play havoc with their health and any benefit from the exercise will in my opinion be more than offset through the intake of additional toxins.

Also, if you live in a polluted city try to ‘escape’ as often as you can to the countryside and suck in the clean air.

Cardio-Klenz is the only natural supplement that we are aware of which utilizes enteric coating technology to safely release the active ingredients in the stomach.  This delivery method not only protects the enzymes such as Nattokinase but also greatly enhances the efficacy of other ingredients present such as Resveratrol and L-Glutathione.  No other formula covers so many ‘angles’ to manage and protect your cardiovascular system, and yet Cardio-Klenz is still natural with no known side effects.
