Recent studies suggest that up to 25% of children diagnosed with ADHD have an anxiety order. Children with ADHD have symptoms such as inattention, impulsiveness and hyperactivity and when an anxiety disorder is added to the mix, the list of symptoms gets much longer. Unfortunately anxiety is a common condition in children with ADHD, but luckily there are natural ways to combat them.

    Reflexology is indeed a great way to combat anxiety in ADHD kids, while at the same time improving all-over health. ADHD kids often have quirks – for instance my daughter loves to have her tummy tickled gently as she watches television with the family at night, or whenever she cuddles with someone. I believe that this is her way of relieving anxiety. I am going to learn crystal therapy for its various benefits too.
