Working out a diet that includes all the vitamins we need can be tough and take up a lot of thinking time, so if you, like so many struggle to find time to think of these things, you can buy vitamins such as vitamin C and D etc. and take a few just so you know your body has some of what it needs, then any extra is a bonus!
