    There are lots of foods we eat on a regular basis that cause inflammation. Cutting down on consumption of white flour, sugar and caffeine will help ease chronic pain. Alkaline foods like fresh green leafy vegetables will help reduce inflammation.

      Simply paying attention to what you eat and then how your feel later will make a big difference. A lot of people feel crummy after eating certain foods but they never make that connection.
