How do I use Serenite Jr?

Serenite Jr. comes in convenient drop form, making it easy to adjust the dosage for children of different ages.

Simply dilute the drops in about 1/4 cup (less for the younger child) of water, juice or warm milk about 15 minutes before bedtime.

Dosage: 6 months - 12 years: 1 or 2 drops per age year of the child about 15 minutes before bed. Do not exceed 15 drops.

For children with stubborn Sleep Problems, it is better to give the lower dose and then repeat if necessary within 30-45 minutes. Should the child wake up more than 3 hours later, dosage may be repeated again.

Is there anything else I can do to help my child?

  • Develop a consistent night time routine with supper, bath and a bed time story every night at the same time
  • Keep evenings calm and avoid boisterous games and TV programs
